Last count, there were about 1000 Realtors in Santa Fe. The joke was, “if you can’t find a job here, become a realtor”. There certainly have been thousands who became a Realtor since I was licensed in 1991. I’m only aware of couple of Realtors in my class who are still in the business and one of them is part-time at best. Anyway, I’m sure there will be thousands more before I hang up hat.

The questions most people asked me is, “how’s the market here in Santa Fe and what do you think my house is worth”?
